1. No Refunds for Change of Mind
We do not accept refunds for customer error, such as ordering the wrong item, changing your mind after delivery, or dissatisfaction based on personal taste.

2. Eligible Refunds
Refunds are only approved under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product was damaged or spoilt on arrival

  • Your order was missing items that were paid for

3. Reporting Window
All issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Reports made after this time will not be considered.

To file a claim:

  • Include clear photos or videos of the affected product in its original packaging

4. Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on:

  • Perishable goods like Catfish, Titus, Roasted Goat Meat, Ukwa

  • Opened items

  • Spices like Ground Crayfish, Cameroon Pepper, Nutmeg, Achi, Ogbono, once tampered with

  • Herbal or natural items like Edible Clay, Uyayak/Prekese, Uziza Seeds

  • Discounted or clearance items

5. Quality Assurance
All our products are inspected before dispatch. Where refund claims are verified and accepted, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 2 – 4 weeks or offer a store credit where appropriate.

6. Protection Against Abuse
To protect our business, multiple or suspicious refund requests will be flagged and rejected. We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer attempting to abuse the policy.

7. Delivery-Related Issues
If your parcel is delayed due to courier issues, please allow up to 48 hours beyond the estimated delivery window before contacting us. We are not responsible for missed deliveries caused by incorrect address entries or unavailability at the time of delivery.
